Archer Eyewear offer a 6-month warranty, from the purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your product. Scratched frames or lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under our warranty.
If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and we assess that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to the sender. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then we will incur the cost of any further postage charges. In the case of the damage not being due to a defect in material or workmanship additional repair charges may apply. If this is the case we will send you a notification of additional charges via email, in any event you will be charged for shipping back to you based on the standard Australia Post shipping rates.
The warranty program does not cover products that are lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user.
If a product sent in does not qualify for the warranty program it may qualify for our BUSTED program.
