Spiced Bush Wine
A mulling spice mix featuring Australian bush botanicals for you to create red wine, or white wine, or non-alcoholic spiced wine.
The ingredients: quandongs, sunrise lime chips, red centre lime chips, desert lime chips, muntries (emu apples), desert lime powder, sunrise lime powder, cardamom pods, Tasmanian pepper berries, raw organic sugar, wattleseed, riberry powder, tea tree, lemon tea tree, anise myrtle, cinnamon myrtle and lemon myrtle.
What you need to provide: 2 bottles of red wine and 50ml brandy; OR 2 bottles of white wine and 50ml of brandy; OR 3 cups of grape juice and 3 cups of cranberry juice.
Create an Australian-style sangria cocktail using our fruity spice blend of Australian bush fruits. Options for red wine, or white wine, or non-alcoholic version.
The ingredients: quandong, cassia bark, raw organic sugar, sunrise lime chips, muntries (emu apples), red centre lime chips, desert lime chips, wild rosella flowers, cardamom pods, Tasmanian pepper berries.
What you need to provide: 1 bottle of red wine, 1/2 cup of brandy and 2 cups of ginger ale; OR 1 bottle of white wine, 1/2 cup brandy and 2 cups of lemonade; OR 2 cups of grape juice, 1 cup of cranberry juice, 1 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of lemon juice, and 1 cup of sparkling mineral water.
You can use the Outback Punch mix to create a spiced rum, or white rum, or a non-alcoholic version.
The Ingredients: quandongs, sunrise lime chips, red centre lime chips, finger lime chips, muntries (emu apples), Davidson plum powder, sunrise lime powder, cardamom pods, riberry powder, and desert lime powder.
What you need to provide: 1 cup of spiced rum, 5 cups of ginger ale and 3 cups of tonic; OR 1/2 cup of white rum, 1/2 cup of vodka, 5 cups of lemonade and 3 cups of tonic; OR select mixers as per spiced or white rum versions, omit the alcohol and replace with 1 cup of orange juice.
We’ve gathered some of our favourite gin botanicals and hand-crafted this playful Australian variation on a non-alcoholic G&T.
The ingredients: anise myrtle, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, finger lime powder, organic juniper berries, lemon myrtle, sea parsley, strawberry bush, sunrise lime powder and Tasmanian green tea.
What you need to provide: Use 1.5tsp per cup and brew for 3-5 minutes. Add 30ml of tonic to each cup.
