The Dragon Tail plant is my personal favourite, I love it due to it's waxy dark green foliage that creeps and is super easy care which is a plus. I have just got a small cutting to strike in a glass of water in just a few weeks.

Description

The Epipremnum pinnatum is a species of flowering plant in the family of Araceae and is native to French Polynesia. This plant is commonly called Dragon Tail. The Dragon Tail is an evergreen vine that can grow over 1mtr tall. The Dragon Tail can climb by means of aerial roots which adhere to surfaces. Young leaves are elliptical to arrow-shaped with entire margins. Mature leaves up to 30-50cm long are thick and leathery and are deeply incised along the margins and can resemble a Monstera leaf. The Dragon Tail grows well in bright, indirect sunlight but will also tolerate low light conditions. Dragon Tails are drought tolerant and don't require a lot of water. Allow the top layer of soil to dry between waterings. Because of its hardiness and low maintenance, this makes it a popular choice for beginner gardeners.

We recommend the Australian made Munash Organics soil food & foliage spray or The Plant Runner plant food or neem oil to keep you plants happy and healthy!

*Disclaimer: We love our plant babies, we talk to them, sing to them, we even cuddle them at times! And we pack our gorgeous plants for shipment extremely carefully. However, we do ask that you keep in mind that once they leave our store, we cannot guarantee how carefully they are handled in transit. And I cannot guarantee they have been sung to or talked to by the postmen! So, if a leaf is a little bent, bruised or maybe a small stem broken off, we cannot control this. If by some chance your plants do not arrive alive, never fear, we have got you covered. Just email our customer service team spottedquollhobart@gmail.com with a quick pic (phone pics are excellent, and we love a good selfie). We will either replace the plants pronto or refund you (whatever works best).
