Returns policy on SALE items
Sales items get a bit tricky, we don’t want to be painful, and we really love your continuous support, but as a small business trying to stay afloat, we cannot return or exchange items heavily reduced. Most large national stores have this as a standard policy and they never really bend the rules.
We have in the past been lenient on this, but we can no longer bear the soaring costs of FREE shipping and reduced shipping on discounted items!
We do hope you can understand this and try to work with us as we navigate a new world.
