We aim to delight our customers with an open door returns policy!

As our online community grows, we understand how important it is to shop with piece of mind with a small local business our focus is on return customers, and we can only build this strong happy community if we offer unmatched customer service.

SQ Returns policy 

Here at The SQ Studio we welcome size changes or returns if it doesn’t fit quite right, for a store credit or full refund within 7 days of purchase. Ultimately, we are a small business and only want you (our valued customer to be happy).

Returns policy on SALE items

Sales items get a bit tricky, we don’t want to be painful, and we really love your continuous support, but as a small business trying to stay afloat, we cannot return or exchange items heavily reduced. Most large national stores have this as a standard policy and they never really bend the rules.

We have in the past been lenient on this, but we can no longer bear the soaring costs of FREE shipping and reduced shipping on items reduced!

We do hope you can understand this and try to work with us as we navigate a new world.

For any faulty goods we accept back no questions asked within 30 days of purchase, we are also happy in appropriate cases to return the item at our cost and repair, if repair is not an option a replacement or refund.

Size changes are always most welcome providing we have the required size is in stock with 7 days of purchase.

Or choose from a full refund or store credit (credits can be used online and don’t expire) all you need to do is contact us between 10 AM - 5 PM Monday to Friday, 9:30  AM to 2:30 PM Saturdays on (03) 6778 5164 or email launceston@thespottedquoll.com.au for approval for size swaps/fault's and returns we cannot accept messages on social media as we can miss messages.

PLEASE have your order number handy on all correspondence.

Sending the item back is at the buyers cost and any items heading back to the customer will be done at our expense, we feel we meet our valued customers halfway and gives you peace of mind.

NOTE: Due to health and safety reasons we do not accept back underwear, socks, tights or earrings for change of mind. If these items are faulty PLS make contact within 7 days.

If earrings have been received as a gift and need to be swapped in an unworn condition, we can exchange if required. The SQ Studio sterilize all jewellery that has been exchanged to ensure the health and well being of all customers. 

PLANT RETURNS

We love our plants here at SQ! If you have bought a plant which you are unhappy with for nay reason, we MUST be contacted within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept any plant returns after 7days, they are living and once you take ownership of them it is your responsibility to keep them alive.

We give our plants the best of care in store to make sure they are happy and healthy for our customers - please remember that your plant will continue to require love, care, and attention once you take it home!

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are unsure on the correct care for your plant! We are more than happy to provide advice or suggestions to point you in the right direction. 

 

ONLINE PLANT PURCHASES

We pack our gorgeous plants for shipment extremely carefully, however we do ask that you keep in mind that once they leave our store, we cannot guarantee how carefully they are handled in transit. So, if a leaf is a little bent, bruised or maybe a small stem broken off, we cannot control this. Please choose your plants carefully as we cannot accept exchanges or returns for online plant orders.

If by some chance your plant did not arrive alive, never fear, we have got you covered please take photos of both the plant and packaging and email them on arrival to our lovely team at: launceston@thespottedquoll.com.au  

 

Shipping Rates

Free within Tasmanian for all orders over $99 and the rest of Australia on all orders over $199. Our online orders are packed Monday, Tuesdays and Friday's. If you need it in a hurry, please select EXPRESS.

We are always here to help, we are a small local Tasmanian business, and our customers are our life blood, without you we do not exist so never hesitate to contact us we are here to help!
