Made by hand in Tasmania by The Little Choppers from Tasmania finest speciality timbers.
For generations, artisans have been working with beautiful timbers found deep in the heart of the Tasmanian wilderness. This tradition has continued with The Little Choppers.
Crafted from various Tasmanian timbers including Sassafras, Myrtle, Tasmanian Oak, Celery Top and Blackwood. The timbers are found in sustainable native forests and plantations. One or more timbers have been use to create each unique Little chopper board.
Care instructions:
After use wipe down with a damp cloth, mild detergent and leave to dry naturally. Never immerse The Little Chopper in water. If this happens dry immediately.
If the surface looks a little undernourished (approx 3-4 weeks) spray lightly with veg oil. Massage into timbers and wipe off excess.

Glad you asked. The most wonderful invention indeed. When carving all your favourite meats the groves on the edge catch the meat juice and collect in the little reservoir ready for making you delish gravy!
