'Apple Island Wife'
The first in the 'wife' series, Apple Island Wife is a memoir about leaving city life and moving to rural Tasmania. It has charmed armchair travellers the world over, and put Tasmania on many a travel bucket list.
After watching too many television chefs from the safety of their sofa, the Stockers dive into gourmet farming, and find themselves deep in the 'pork underbelly' of Tasmania. A book for foodies who want to know more about where their food comes from.
